How do scissor lift tables work?

Each scissor lift table is elevated using high pressure hydraulic cylinders, with honed rams that use their mechanical advantage to push against torsion bars. This opens the scissor lift mechanism, allowing a high maximum capacity, with minimum effort required. 

How far do scissor lifts extend?

The length of a scissor lifts platform and number of scissor mechanisms will determine the amount of lift travel available.  Edmolift designs optimise this and include the highest travel distances with the shortest possible platforms. Raised heights can reach 7 metres.
