Equipped with hydraulic hose break protection valves, this lift ensures controlled platform descent, while armoured hoses safeguard against damage. The unit’s overload protection guarantees that only specified maximum capacities are lifted, ensuring operational safety.
Powered by a standard 3-phase, 415V, 50Hz power pack (1-phase 240V available at an additional cost), it utilises a low-voltage 24V control system to minimise injury risk. Its water and dust-resistant electrical and hydraulic systems are rated IP54, providing durability in challenging environments.
The microprocessor control enhances reliability, and mechanical props ensure secure maintenance. Featuring honed, chromed hydraulic cylinders with high-pressure seals, all lifts are rigorously tested to +30% overload. The sealed-for-life, maintenance-free bearings and sturdy steel profile scissor arms with torsion bars enhance longevity.
