The Edmolift Scissor Lift Table TL 1000XB is engineered for safety and reliability in material handling. Featuring hydraulic hose break protection valves, this table prevents uncontrolled platform descent, ensuring a secure operation. Its armoured hoses provide exceptional protection against damage, while overload protection guarantees that only loads within the specified maximum capacity are lifted.
Standardised with a robust 3-phase, 415V, 50Hz power pack, a 1-phase 240V option is available at an additional cost. The low voltage 24V control system enhances operator safety, complemented by water and dust-resistant electrical and hydraulic systems rated IP54.
Equipped with microprocessor control for optimal reliability, the TL 1000XB also includes mechanical props for secure maintenance. The hydraulic cylinders are chromed, honed, air-tested and fitted with high-pressure seals for durability. With sealed-for-life, maintenance-free bearings and torsion bar construction in the scissor arms, this lift ensures strength under stress.
With over 100,000 lifts in operation, the proven design features an aluminium anti-trap safety trip bar mechanism and solid steel pivot blocks for added stability. The robust powder coat finish enhances longevity, making this lift table an indispensable asset for your operations.
