This lift features hydraulic hose break protection valves, preventing uncontrolled descent and ensuring operator safety. Armoured hoses offer superior protection against damage, while overload protection guarantees that only specified maximum loads are lifted.
Powered by a robust 3-phase, 415V, 50Hz power pack, the CRD 200 can also be configured with a 1-phase, 240V option for an additional cost. The low-voltage 24V control system minimises the risk of injury, and the water and dust-resistant design (IP54 rated) ensures reliable operation in challenging conditions.
Microprocessor control enhances reliability, while mechanical props provide safe maintenance access. The hydraulic cylinders are chromed, honed and air-tested, featuring high-pressure seals for long-lasting performance. With a testing standard of +30% overload and maintenance-free sealed bearings, the CRD 200 stands strong with steel scissor arms and solid steel pivot blocks for unmatched stability.
Proven by over 100,000 lifts in operation, this lift is equipped with an aluminium anti-trap safety trip bar on all sides.
