Engineered for controlled platform descent, this lift is equipped with hydraulic hose break protection valves and robust armoured hoses to prevent damage. Overload protection ensures that only specified maximum capacities are lifted, while the 3-phase, 415V, 50Hz power pack comes standard, with a 1-phase 240V option available at an additional cost.
Designed with user safety in mind, the low-voltage 24V control system minimises the risk of injury. Both electrical and hydraulic systems are water and dust resistant (IP54), and microprocessor control enhances operational reliability. Maintenance is made secure with mechanical props, while chromed and honed hydraulic cylinders are air-tested and fitted with high-pressure seals.
With scissor arms constructed from durable steel profiles and torsion bars strategically placed at stress points, this lift can withstand heavy demands. Each unit undergoes testing for +30% overload, ensuring peak performance. The lift also features a solid steel pivot block for stability, a powder-coated finish for durability, and an aluminium anti-trap safety trip bar on all sides.
