The Edmolift Scissor Lift Table CB 1500B is engineered for safety and reliability, featuring advanced hydraulic hose break protection valves to prevent uncontrolled descents. Its armoured hoses provide exceptional protection against damage, ensuring durability in demanding environments. The overload protection system guarantees that only the specified maximum capacity is lifted, enhancing safety during operations.
Powered by a robust 3-phase, 415V, 50Hz power pack, with a 1-phase, 240V option available at an additional cost, this lift table incorporates a low-voltage 24V control system to reduce the risk of injury. Both electrical and hydraulic systems are designed to be water and dust resistant (IP54 rated), ensuring performance longevity.
The microprocessor-controlled mechanism provides enhanced reliability, while mechanical props ensure secure maintenance. With chromed and honed hydraulic cylinders, high-pressure seals and sealed-for-life bearings, this lift table requires minimal maintenance. Constructed from high-strength steel profiles and torsion bars, the scissor arms are built to withstand heavy loads.
Proven in the field with over 100,000 lifts in operation, the CB 1500B features an aluminium anti-trap safety trip bar, solid steel pivot blocks for stability, and a robust powder coat finish.
